However, if there’s a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return Policy below before making a purchase.

Eligible Return & Refund Conditions

We accept returns or offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Product Delivered

You received an item that is different from what you ordered.

2. Damaged or Spoiled Product Upon Delivery

Your order arrives in a physically damaged state or is clearly spoiled due to transit or packaging failure.

If your order falls under these conditions, please contact us within 2 days by providing:

• Order number
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include a refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after receiving the product
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Partial consumption or usage of the item
• Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location to avoid spoilage due to delays.

Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

• The refund will be processed using the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
• Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
